Since 2002 the mediadesigner and
filmmaker from Stuttgart is resident vjane at the artist label
tensionbasement.de and mashes up electronic images to drumnbass-,
elektro- und hiphop-partys, and also for live-acts like Jahcoozi
[Kitty-yo, Berlin], Modeselektor [Bpitch Control, Berlin], Malente
[Moonbootica, Hamburg], DJ C & Aaron Spectre [Mash It, Boston],
Solovyev [Onitor, Stuttgart] or Namosh [Berlin].
Besides appearances at the _tension and regular
performances in clubs around Stuttgart [Ciné Colibri|Suite|Landespavillion|Wagenhalle|Tearoom
m.m.] she played with well known german acts like Trüby
Trio [Compost Rec., Köln], Dublex.Inc [Pulver Rec., Stuttgart],
Thomilla [Turntablerockers, Stuttgart] or Supreme Techtics [chimperator.de]
and got the chance to interact with LiveNuJazzers like Fried
Dähn or Joa Glasstetter, as well as with Kabuki [combination/precision]
and Phoneheads [combination rec.] in Cologne.
Teamed up with Mateuniverse in the beginning and i.e.
at the first international VJ-Festival Contact Europe
2004 in Berlin- Nin.Sha could develop a graghical language with
a heart for typography and a focus on multiplex visuals in 2D
and 3D. Visual tracks lead along galeries, festivals and especially
colaborations with other VJs [CAL72, Bildwerker, R:A:U:L, Mongomania,
Visu:Arte, etc.].
Not only addicted to electronic wallpapers, she is devoted to
filmprojects [Naughty Rabbit Productions], mediatheatreplays
[Fileshareproduction] and to her masterprogram at the Filmakademie
Baden-Württemberg, where she studies TV & Film-Design,
making musicclips, motiongraphics or animations i.e.
With her mediaplay ELEKTRO P.- a mixery of vjing, electronic
music and acting, she could win the special award at the Theaterpreis
der Stuttgarter Zeitung in 2003. |
