Videology.nu is founded by media artist and VJ Olga Mink (vj.Oxygen).
Since she finished her studies in animation design and masters in fine arts, she became active as a new media artist and freelance digital composer. Her experimental approach in real-time environments in media and art has leaded her to create groundbreaking video!s and installation-projects.
Next to artisticwork, she curates in media art, and developes educational concepts.

Working in the fields of motion-graphics, installation-art and live visual performance, I like to explore new boundaries in digital media. My work often relates to mediated architecture, publicenvironments and urban based themes. With a strong emphasis to conceptual approaches, physical representation and graphical abstracts, I aim to translate various crossover-fields in my work.
The human body has also been a main theme in my work. I explored this fascination by rearranging and composing pieces of the human body into new forms, to create a new experience of time and space. By use of a three dimensional projection set-up, a sophisticated visual environment has been created.

The multi-screen installation "Ballet Mechanique" (2001) was exposed at various theaters and venues over the years.
In 2003, I have been commissioned by the city council of Sint-Oedenrode to develope a permanent interactive video-installation in a newly built cultural center. During night the projection becomes visible on a translucent projection-surface integrated in the building. Interactivity is accomplished by use of a touch screen interface inside the building and an online application on the dedicated website video-matic.nl.

Performing live, I explore new fields within [audio-]visual representation and sound reactive imagery. Symbiosis between sound and image is being accomplished by use of visually dramatic movements and intriguing atmospheric sounds.

I often collaborate with music composer Michel Banabila. Our live performance is based on electronic atmospheric sounds and abstract based themes.
